I feel certain from my research and readings that the company I’m familiar with, does a great job in this area; however, there is always room for improvement. What is neat about Group Memory and its utilization of it is that “It lets you capture thoughts and ideas during divergent thinking, then go back to those ideas during convergent thinking.”

Of course, every organization-no matter the size-will have these concerns and more to some extent but as facilitator it is his or her job to be prepared, know how to handle disruptive behavior and or lack of group memory and student debt consolidation to keep everyone on target/in sync. And, in my opinion, knowing how to utilize Group Memory effectively, can help tremendously with group unity, harmony and productivity.
